Insiders

Insiders trade their own stock for many reasons, but only some trades carry signal. ORTEX scores every insider transaction for significance, so a routine scheduled sale never looks like conviction buying.

The significance score weighs the size of the trade against the insider's history and holdings. Cluster activity, where several insiders act together, is flagged.

Filings are mapped to tickers and delivered alongside the rest of the data, on the platform and over the API.
